Flourish Annual General Meeting

On Friday, 13 November 2020 Flourish will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the Stanley Burbury Theatre on the University of Tasmania campus in Sandy Bay.

The Annual General Meeting will be from 12:30PM to 1:00PM, to be followed by light refreshments from 1:00PM to 2:30PM.

All Flourish Members are welcome to attend and should have received an invitation – however if you have not yet received an invitation, please contact us.

Business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting (Agenda):

1. Confirmation of the Minutes of Flourish’s last Annual General Meeting;
2. Presentation of Flourish’s Annual Report;
3. Receipt and approval of Flourish’s audited financial records;
4. Appointment of Auditor;
5. Election of Board Members:
   (a) North-West Member Representative
   (b) Northern Member Representative
6. Other business.
