Shandell is an experienced Administration Officer who joined the MHLET Team in January 2023. With a strong background in administration and relationship management, Shandell has dedicated her career to working within the community sector. At MHLET, Shandell is particularly driven to empower members and expand MHLET’s Consumer Representative Service statewide.  Shandell’s exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate nature contribute to the smooth operation of administrative processes and the fostering of collaboration within the team.
