All of us that work at MHLET have personal lived experience of mental ill-health and recovery. This helps us to understand deeply the various needs and perspectives of our Members while recognising that everyone’s lived experience is unique.
MHLET seeks wherever possible to recruit its staff from its Membership base. 100% of MHLET’s paid staff are also MHLET Members.
